6th Annual 5 KM Walk for Suicide Awareness

Location:           Heydenshore Park - 589 Water Street, Whitby Waterfront Trail

Check-in:   10:00am   

Walk Start:  10:30am

Start / End Point:  Heydenshore Park Whitby Water Front

Route:  Along Waterfront Trail 2.5km to Thickson Rd. turn around 2.5km back to Heydenshore Park

After the walk participants will be invited to:  Enjoy the free BBQ Lunch courtesy of Maple Leaf Consumer Foods of Port Perry and Tom's No Frills-Ajax.

Take part in the Remembrance Ceremony with messages of love.

We invite all those who have lost someone special to bring and post a picture of their loved one on our Memory Board.

To participate in the 2010 Walk for Suicide Awareness, registrants must collect a minimum of $25.00 in pledges.  Pledges will be collected at Check in.  Cash or cheque made payable to:  Distress Centre Durham.
